These Terms & Conditions apply to all services of Coiffure StaffPlay, located at Dordtselaan 202A, 3073 GS Rotterdam. By using our website or online booking system you agree to these terms.
Article 1 — Definitions
- Salon: Coiffure StaffPlay, provider of hairdressing and care services.
- Client: any natural person making an appointment or using the website.
- Appointment: a treatment booked via the website, by phone or in person.
Article 2 — Appointments
- Appointments can be made via the website (24/7), by phone or at the counter.
- After booking you will receive a confirmation email. The appointment is final upon receipt.
- Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the Salon reserves the right to shorten or cancel your appointment.
Article 3 — Cancellation & no-show
- Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the appointment via the website, email or phone.
- Cancellation within 24 hours may result in a charge of 50% of the treatment price.
- No-show (failing to appear without notice) will be charged at 100% of the treatment price.
Article 4 — Prices & payment
- All prices are in euros including VAT (21%).
- Payment is by cash or — when enabled — online via iDEAL or Bancontact (Mollie B.V.).
- The Salon reserves the right to change prices. Updated prices apply from the date of publication on the website.
Article 5 — Treatments & health
- Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies or skin sensitivities before the treatment.
- Halal-certified products are available on request.
Article 6 — Complaints
- Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of the treatment to info@coiffure-staffplay.nl.
- The Salon aims to resolve complaints within 14 days.
Article 7 — Liability
- The Salon is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.
- Liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the treatment in question.
Article 8 — Governing law
Dutch law applies exclusively. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam.
